Your next meeting can wait 60 seconds.
Here's a little reminder from Pointe Village Chiropractic: You don't have to spend an hour at the gym to give your body some attention.
If you spend much of your day sitting, try this:
Every 30–60 minutes, take a quick movement break.
Stand up. Walk around. Roll your shoulders gently. Stretch your legs. Even 60 seconds of movement is a great place to start.
Regular movement breaks can help reduce stiffness and give your body a break from staying in one position for too long.
The goal isn't perfect posture all day. It's simply not staying in the same position all day.
Small habits add up. Save this one for your next busy workday!
