Tomorrow, America turns 250.

It's a staggering number for a country. But think about it for a second and it stops being about a country at all.

Because a whole generation lived through the part we now call history. They grew up with the radio before the television, the letter before the phone call, the porch before the group chat.

They built the ordinary American life the rest of us were simply handed.

Two and a half centuries is a milestone none of us will ever see again. And the people who carried us the furthest deserve to feel every bit of it, not from a distance, not down the hall, but right where they are, known by name.

That's what this weekend is really about for us.

Making sure the ones who gave us the last 250 years never have to celebrate the milestones alone.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Marcia, our beloved HR Director at Bradford Oaks.
Marcia was more than a colleague — she was a source of kindness, support, and strength for so many.

Her compassion, dedication, and genuine care for both staff and residents left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Our hearts are with her family, friends, and the entire Bradford Oaks community during this incredibly difficult time. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
