Running a small business in a wonderful community like ours means I get to build real, meaningful relationships with all of you. I truly love what I do, and I treasure the time we spend together unknotting the stress of daily life. 🌿
To make sure I can serve everyone fairly, I want to share a gentle reminder regarding our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
As a small business, my time is reserved specifically for you. When a session is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it means another client on our waiting list misses out on a chance to get relief.
✨ Our Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or missed appointments) will be subject to a $25 fee.
Life happens, and I completely understand that emergencies pop up! Moving forward, this policy simply helps keep things running smoothly and respectfully for everyone.
