Ocean Meadow is a specialized memory care community located in the heart of Clinton, just moments from the harbor. We are privately owned, which fosters a unique, homelike atmosphere and extremely tight knit relationships between our team, residents, and their families. Ocean Meadow offers a 24/7 onsite nursing team and provides care for all stages of Alzheimer's and related dementias. Memory care

specific programming is tailored to the individual needs, interests, and preferences of those that we are privileged to care for. We use recreation and laughter as a gateway to maintain physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing. We develop unique and creative programs as opportunities to create a sense of purpose.

We want to say thank you to our friends at Gentiva Hospice for treating our residents to a fun-filled afternoon!🎾🎲Their team supplied backyard games, bubbles and delicious cupcakes for all to enjoy & spent quality time getting to know our residents. We are so lucky to have amazing community partners, that are just as passionate about enriching the lives of folks living with dementia💙

👩🏼‍⚕️🩺 Nurses are the backbone of our community—our residents live safer and healthier lives because of their training, compassion, and diligence. This week we celebrated National Nurse’s Week, which always reminds us of the incredibly strong and committed team we have. Dementia care can be difficult and tiring, but our nurses show up with a smile day in and day out and always try their best❤️To the many nurses on our team, and the countless home health and hospice nurses we partner with—Thank you for being part of the Ocean Meadow family!!!🩻🚑
