You would think that by fasting, you'd feel EXTRA hungry when you break the fast.

You don't.

I've noticed that it's almost difficult to eat what I need to, the fiber, the protein, good carbs and fat, after breaking my fast with bone broth.

Fasting and refeeding with the right combination of foods helps your body to create it's own NATURAL GLP1.
