Meet Nick, Our Membership Coordinator!

Nick joined the Sampson County YMCA three years ago as a Membership Desk Representative, and since then, he has become an invaluable part of our YMCA family. While his journey started at the membership desk, Nick’s impact has reached far beyond his role.

Throughout his time with us, Nick has helped develop creative new ways to promote our YMCA and the many resources we offer. He has played an important role in creating new member packets designed to provide a welcoming and informative introduction to our facility, and he has supported numerous community events where he enjoys sharing all the wonderful programs, services, and opportunities available at the Sampson County YMCA.

Now, as our Membership Coordinator, Nick is excited to continue connecting with members, welcoming new faces, and helping everyone feel at home at the YMCA.

🌟Welcome our new 21st century grant specialist, August Medlin!

"August has been working at the Sampson County YMCA for almost 3 years now. During her time here, she's been involved with multiple departments including Youth Services, Aquatics, and Family Engagement. She loves being able to put a smile on every child's face and helping serve the community. Her goal is to create a safe environment where every child feels valued and supported."
