Happy Wednesday! Take 15 minutes to get outside and move your body on this beautiful day. Let’s all lower our stress levels and reset the nervous system. Dr. John is doing Tai Chi warm up stretches along with a morning walk today.

🎒📚 Back-to-School = Back-to-Routine!
As kids head back to school, their bodies are adjusting to new routines too—from carrying heavier backpacks and sitting at desks to spending more time studying, playing sports, and staying active.

A back-to-school chiropractic adjustment can be a great way to support your child’s overall movement, posture, and comfort as they settle into the school year.

✅ Support healthy posture
🎒 Help with backpack-related strain
🏃 Encourage comfortable movement
🪑 Address everyday stress from sitting and studying

Start the school year feeling balanced, confident, and ready to learn! 💙

Highly recommend…. Your physical training begins with mobility… resulting in the capacity to express muscular work through proper strength training… promoting cardio respiratory response …. Facilitating endurance… greater capacity…. I know of no situation in LIFE where less capacity than demand is beneficial…. Start today. - Dr. John

We have loved taking care of Annie for many years at Murray Chiropractic. We are honored to have been adjusting Annie for all three of her pregnancies and her little ones have been getting adjusted since they were born. Chiropractic care has many benefits during pregnancy for mama & baby. Postpartum care once cleared by the OB/ or midwife is important physically & mentally when going through hormone shifts and the quick physical change when the baby is born. We are here to support you and your baby through it all❤️🫶🏻
