As I enter the third trimester, I'm feeling incredibly grateful to continue doing the work I love. While my body is changing, my passion for helping others feel supported, balanced, and at home in their bodies hasn't changed one bit.☺️

I am still accepting appointments throughout August and September for massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, and bodywork. If you've been thinking about scheduling, now is a wonderful time to get on the calendar before I begin my maternity leave.

A milestone I'm incredibly grateful to
celebrate.🌬️💧🔥🪨

After months of dedication, self-discovery, and deep learning, I have officially completed 70 hours of my Shamanic Apprenticeship in Shamanic Healing, Intuitive & Visionary Arts (September 2025 - July 2026).

This journey has been about so much more than education, it has been a path of personal growth, expanding my intuition, honoring ancient healing traditions, and deepening my ability to hold space for others with compassion and intention.

I am deeply thankful to my teacher, my fellow apprentices, and everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. This experience has forever shaped my perspective and will continue to influence how I show up in both my personal life and my work.

Here's to continuing to learn, grow, and serve with an open heart.🤍
