💭 Movement does not have to be extreme to be effective. 💭
Somewhere along the way, we started believing that if we're not drenched in sweat, exhausted, or spending hours in the gym, it doesn't count. 🤔
But what if that's not true? 🌿
What if:
🚶♀️ A walk after dinner counts
🧘♀️ Five minutes of stretching counts
🌞 Taking the stairs counts
💪 Ten minutes of strength training counts
Because it does. 💛
The healthiest people I know aren't necessarily the ones doing extreme workouts every day. They're the ones who consistently move their bodies day after day, week after week, year after year. ✨
Movement is a gift, not a punishment.
So instead of asking, "What's the hardest workout I can do?" maybe ask, "What's a way I can move today that I'll actually keep doing?" 🌱
Consistency will always outperform intensity when intensity causes you to quit.
