Attention El Reno Indian Health Center Patients
IMPORTANT PHARMACY INFORMATION
Please plan ahead for prescription refills.

Our prescription filling system will be upgraded beginning November 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. We expect normal service to return by approximately 10:30 a.m. on November 5th.
During the upgrade, pharmacy services will be limited to emergency fills only. We will not process routine refills during that time. If you need a refill, please request it early enough to be filled before the upgrade or plan to request it after normal service resumes.
You may still submit medication requests by mail. For questions, call El Reno Pharmacy at 405-295-1500, option 3.

Attention El Reno Indian Health Service Patients
El Reno Facility Closed Until 1:00 PM today Oct 13, 2026.

The City of El Reno is performing some utilities work that has created a significant issue with the water pressure at the El Reno Facility. The issue with water pressure effects the use of toilet facilities, dental equipment issues and some safety features are impacted. The El Reno facility will be CLOSED to patient care for the morning. Morning patients with appointments will be contacted to make other arrangements. We will resume patient care as scheduled at 1:00pm. We will continue to post updates to Facebook should this plan change due to additional issues. We appreciate your patience.
