We are so proud of Ms. Harrell and all the progress she has made during her time at The Woodlands! 💙 She came to us following a fall that resulted in a knee injury, and through hard work, determination, and dedication to therapy, she has made wonderful progress.

We are excited to see her return home with her family and continue her recovery journey with follow-up care from Orthopedics. 🏡💪

After experiencing a decline in strength and mobility that led to multiple falls and difficulty walking, Ms. Dorsey came to us determined to regain her independence. Through hard work, perseverance, and dedication to therapy, she made remarkable progress every step of the way.

Now, she’s heading home to continue her journey stronger, more confident, and ready for what’s ahead! 🏡✨

We’re celebrating Ms. Vaughn and the incredible progress she made during her stay at The Woodlands! 💙

When Ms. Vaughn arrived from the hospital, she required moderate to maximum assistance with daily activities and had limited mobility. Through determination, hard work, and dedication to therapy, she regained strength, confidence, and independence every step of the way.

Today, she’s heading home to continue her rehabilitation journey with home health therapy—a milestone worth celebrating! 🏡🎉

Ms Wair came to The Woodlands following a knee replacement and worked hard with our therapy team to regain her strength, mobility, and independence. Through dedication and determination, she has made wonderful progress!

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as Ms. Longino graduates from our Rehab to Home Program! 🎉

After being hospitalized, Ms. Longino came to The Woodlands feeling weak and requiring significant assistance with walking. With a clear goal of regaining her strength and returning home, she committed herself to therapy every step of the way.

Through her determination, perseverance, and hard work, Ms. Longino made outstanding progress and was able to walk 50 feet before returning home! 👏💪 She is now continuing her recovery with home health therapy, and we couldn’t be more proud of all she has accomplished.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as Ms. Hines graduates from our Rehab to Home Program! 💙

When Ms. Hines arrived at The Woodlands, she required moderate to maximum assistance with mobility. Through her determination, hard work, and commitment to therapy, she made outstanding progress and is now able to walk 30 feet! 👏🚶🏾‍♀️

Her journey is a wonderful reminder that with perseverance, encouragement, and a dedicated therapy team, meaningful progress is possible. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Ms. Hines, and wish you continued success and happiness as you return home.

🏡✨ Congratulations, Mr. Fleming! ✨🏡

When Mr. Fleming arrived at The Woodlands following a hospitalization, he was weak and unable to care for himself independently. Through determination, hard work, and the support of our dedicated therapy team, he regained the strength and confidence needed to return home.

While his rehabilitation journey continues with home health therapy, reaching the milestone of going home is a tremendous achievement. We are so proud of the progress he has made and are honored to have been part of his recovery.
