When a child is struggling, it is easy to focus on what we can see:
Tantrums
Defiance
Anger
Withdrawal
School Difficulties

But behavior is often a child's way of communicating something they don't yet have the words to say.

At Living Empathy, we help kids and families understand what is happening beneath the surface so that healing, growth, and connection can happen.

Every child deserves a safe place to be understood- not just corrected.

Seeking support isn't a sign that someting is wrong with you. Thearpy can be a space to process life's challenges, learn new skills, heal old wounds, improve relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

You don't need to be in a crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes growth begins simply by giving yourself permission to be supported.

Love takes work. Therapy helps.

Couples therapy isn't about deciding who is right and who is wrong. It is about helping two people understand each other more clearly, communicate more effectively, and build the relationship they both want to be in. Seeking support isn't a sign that your relationship is failing-it's a sign that hour relationship matters.

Our couples therapist is ready to help your relationship.
