June is Men’s Health Month. We recognize that men’s health goes beyond the physical, it includes mental and emotional well-being too. Men are often expected to “stay strong” but true strength means taking care of yourself, checking in on your mental health, seeking support when something feels off and making time for regular care.

We were proud to be the Game Day Sponsor for the Iowa Cubs’ Mental Health Awareness Day last Saturday! It was a beautiful day for baseball and for spreading the message that Mental Health Matters. The first 1,000 fans even received a blue “Mental Health Matters” cap to show their support.

We also took the opportunity to celebrate our own team with a staff picnic inside the ballpark, making it a day filled with community, connection and purpose.

What a wonderful way to kick off Nursing Week! We celebrated with a meaningful cake‑cutting ceremony, where our newest nurse and our most experienced nurse came together to cut a specially decorated cake.

This tradition symbolizes the unity, dedication, and continuity of our nursing team and serves as a heartfelt thank‑you to all our nurses for their compassion, commitment and service.
