There are seasons when we lose track of ourselves.

Not all at once, but slowly-through the noise, the burnout, the heartbreak, the hustle.

And then one day…
You realize you don’t even know what brings you joy anymore. What lights you up. What makes you feel safe in your own skin.

I wrote this for the person who is finally ready to come back to themself.
To slow down.
To remember.
To root in, so they can rise again.

🌙 One Final Thank You, Zen Zone

Before I fully step into this next season,
I want to pause and honor the one that brought me here.

Zen Zone was born in a season of rebuilding—
a safe place when I needed to feel strong again.
It held space for thousands of massages,
countless moments of peace,
and a healing journey that wasn’t just for my clients…
but for me, too.

To every person who walked through those doors,
who trusted me with your pain, your story, your care—
thank you.
You helped shape something sacred.

But just like healing evolves,
so do we.

Zen Zone gave me my roots.
Root & Rise is where I grow.

This is not goodbye to what was.
It’s a blessing over what’s becoming.

Here’s to the journey.
Here’s to the rise.
And always, to the deep calm underneath it all.
