Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is offering FREE sports physicals for middle school and high school student-athletes this July.

📅 Tuesday, July 14 | Ankeny | 5–8 PM
📅 Wednesday, July 22 | Clive | 5–8 PM

Every athlete gets:
✔️ Comprehensive physical exam
✔️ Orthopedic musculoskeletal screening
✔️ IHSAA form completed & signed
✔️ No cost. No insurance needed. No referral.

This isn’t your standard check-the-box sports physical. Our orthopedic team provides an additional MSK screening — something most clinics don’t offer. Your child gets the same level of care we provide to Iowa’s professional athletes.

Registration opens Tuesday, June 9 at dsmcapitalortho.com/sports-physicals.

We got to have a fun night with the Iowa Wild a few weeks ago, celebrating with our staff at Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine!
