Maybe you’ve been wondering, “Would this therapist actually get me?”🤍
Here are four people I think I could be a really good fit for:
✨ The neurospicy human
ADHD, autism, OCD, neurodivergence, or just a brain that seems to work a little differently. You want a therapist who understands that your brain isn’t something that needs to be “fixed” and can actually speak your language.
✨ The mom who is tired of holding it all together
Motherhood is A LOT. The mental load, the guilt, the overstimulation, the identity shifts, the constant “Mom, Mom, Mom…” If you want a therapist who is also a mom and genuinely understands the trenches, you might feel right at home here.
✨ The socially anxious/shy human
Maybe talking to a stranger about your feelings sounds like your personal nightmare. 😅 You want someone who makes therapy feel comfortable, not awkward or intimidating. Someone who gives you space to open up at your own pace.
✨ The LGBTQIA+ human figuring things out🏳️🌈
Whether you're exploring identity, relationships, coming out, self-worth, or simply navigating a world that doesn't always feel accepting, you deserve a therapist who is affirming, compassionate, and genuinely sees you.
At the end of the day, therapy isn't about finding the “perfect” therapist. It's about finding someone you feel safe enough to be honest with.
And if you read this and thought, “Okay… she might actually get me.”
Maybe we should talk. 🤍
