A huge congratulations to Jessica and everyone who crossed off their Summer Bingo boards this season! Whether you tried a new class, brought a friend, or just showed up when it would’ve been easier to skip — every square represented real effort, and it shows.

Thank you for making this challenge so much fun to watch unfold. You brought the energy, the consistency, and the community spirit that makes Humble Yoga what it is.

6 weeks. Stronger, steadier, and still smiling. 💪

That’s a wrap on our Senior Strength and Mobility series with the amazing Bianca! Watch this crew go from “wait, we’re doing WHAT with a resistance band?” to absolute pros — building strength, improving balance, and proving that mobility work can (and should) be fun.

Huge thanks to Bianca — physical therapist, motivator, and the reason everyone left feeling better than they walked in — for guiding this group with so much heart and expertise.

Miyuki joined us back in April, and in just a few short months, she’s already blooming into one of our most consistent faces on the mat. Whether it’s an early morning flow or squeezing in a class after a long day, she keeps showing up — and honestly, that’s the whole game.

Here’s to the friendships made, the poses finally nailed, and the calm you’ve found along the way. We’re so glad you’re part of this community, Miyuki!
