Drop into the body for deep release and restoration with this powerful combination of Yin and Yoga Nidra. Together we will work through a series of Yin postures, each held for 3 to 5 minutes, supported through props such as bolsters, blocks or blankets. These poses work into deep connective tissue, fascia and ligaments to help improve flexibility, reducing stress and fostering emotional balance. We will finish our practice with 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra to help induce deep relaxation.
