This is an amazing story about one of the top NFL draft picks for this years draft and a good example of how sometimes we can get our environments to help understand and support without a formal diagnosis; however, it’s also important to know that other times a diagnosis is necessary to get all environments to properly understand and support us.
This demonstrates that sometimes we can independently identify and understand ourselves and how we process the world and give ourselves self-compassion without a formal diagnosis; however, there are other times a formal diagnosis is necessary to provide us that understanding and self-compassion.
