Congratulations to the Executive Director of Magnolia Crossing🥳

For Constance Peters, leadership in senior care comes down to listening, empathy and finding solutions — even when the solution is something as simple as a lifelike cat.

Peters, executive director of Magnolia Crossing Senior Assisted Living & Memory Care in Clovis, has built her career around caring for seniors. She rose from resident care coordinator to executive director in just three years and now leads a nonprofit serving seniors across varying income levels.

Under her leadership, Magnolia Crossing reached 100% occupancy for the first time in the organization’s history and earned two honors in the 2026 Best of Central California contest.

We caught up with Peters about her approach to leadership, the importance of aging close to home and the experiences that have shaped her career.

We celebrated another milestone today! One of our precious residents celebrated her 100th birthday over the weekend and we made it official today. Thank you Mayor Vong and The Business Journal for coming to help us celebrate her😁🥳🥳

We would like to give a great big shout out to Bright Horizon Hospice Services for their support today during our street dog and car wash fundraiser. We appreciate and THANK YOU so very much!🥳🥳

We invite you all to come get your car washed, buy a street dog, enjoy a snow cone or volunteer to support us in our efforts to raise money for this worthy cause. Our next car wash will be held on Thursday, August 6th from 9:30 AM to 1 PM and every Thursday until September 24th. Look forward to seeing you there!😁
