Take a look at this side-lying stretch. By manually guiding the athlete through a controlled rotational stretch, our PT is addressing two major areas that dictate a tennis player’s success: the low back and the thoracic spine.

If your mid-back or low back are tight, your body will compensate by forcing other areas in your body to overwork during a swing. Over time, this can lead to micro-tears, inflammation, and pain. Our teams knows exactly how to protect your joints and maximize your mechanical efficiency.
