With the holidays just around the corner we have decided to add our Restorative Yoga to the schedule Sunday November 2nd, 16th and 30th 9:30am along with our normally scheduled Thursday evenings 7:15pm.
If you haven’t had a chance to try our Restorative Yoga or it has been awhile there is no better time than the present. And a “present” or rather a gift to yourself this will be. Along with a relaxing, nurturing, supportive and did we say OM-MAZING experience. Take the time to “give thanks” to yourself this November for all the amazing things your body does for YOU. 🧘🏻♀️Restorative yoga is a type of yoga that is focused on deep relaxation and restoring the body. During this 1 hour class you may do as little as 3-5 poses which are held completely supported with the use of many props for longer periods of time than in any other yoga class you may have previously experienced (anywhere from 5-20 minutes) to relax the body and calm the mind.
🙏🏻 Restorative Yoga is perfect for beginners and a great complement for more experienced practitioners. It can help heal the effects of chronic stress and fatigue, support recovery from illness or injury, and aid in navigating anxiety and change.
