Sharing my weight-loss journey with y’all to encourage anyone who’s trying to lose weight like me.

Met with Libby Johnson, my nutritionist, on zoom again today.

She said I should be impressed with my statistics.

From the end of February 2026 - 1st July 2026 they are:
Weight lost = 25.2 pounds
Fat lost = 17.8 pounds
Body fat % lost = 6.8%
Visceral fat down = 4
Metabolic age down = 4 years

A few more pounds to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 18 years ago.

One thing that has been great is that I was never hungry and not under eating and still lost the weight. I feel so much healthier and have lots of energy.

Now I have to make sure I don’t gain it back like all the other times. I’m going to keep in touch with Libby on a monthly basis when I reach goal weight so I can make sure I maintain and not gain.

Here’s her number for anyone in need. She’s amazing and knows her stuff!! She’s been doing this for over 25 years. She also works with people that are on GLP1s so they don’t gain all the weight back once they come off of them.
