🌟 Introducing the 4th Dimension Follow-Up Program 🌟

At 4th Dimension Treatment Center, we believe recovery doesn’t end when treatment does.

While residential treatment may last 30, 60, or 90 days, true recovery is a lifelong journey. That’s why we’re excited to launch our Follow-Up Program beginning July 1, 2026.

Our Follow-Up Program is designed to provide continued support, encouragement, accountability, and connection long after formal treatment has ended. Through peer support, check-ins, recovery resources, and ongoing engagement, we’ll stay connected with former clients at 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 days following discharge.

Recovery is not meant to be walked alone, and our commitment to those we serve extends beyond their time in our program.

We are also excited to announce the launch of our Alumni Program, with our first Alumni Gathering scheduled for July 31, 2026. More details will be coming soon!

This is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we will be introducing additional recovery support services, alumni opportunities, and resources designed to help individuals build strong foundations for long-term recovery.

Follow our page for updates, upcoming events, and exciting announcements as we continue to grow and expand our recovery community.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Helen, Chris, and Rachel from SOAR’s Eastern Kentucky Runway Program for taking the time to meet with the ladies at 4th Dimension Treatment Center.

The SOAR Runway Program provides valuable resources, career planning, training opportunities, peer mentoring, digital skills development, and support services that help individuals overcome barriers and build a brighter future.

At 4th Dimension Treatment Center, we believe recovery is about more than sobriety—it’s about creating opportunities, restoring hope, and empowering women to achieve long-term success. We are proud to partner with the SOAR Runway Program and connect our clients with resources that support employment, education, personal growth, and sustainable recovery.

A huge thank you to OPERATION UNITE and our community partner, Mr. Terry Tipton, for helping make our gym space possible at 4th Dimension Treatment Center.

Through funding provided by OPERATION UNITE and equipment donations from Mr. Terry Tipton, we have been able to create a dedicated workout area for the women we serve.

At 4th Dimension Treatment Center, we believe recovery involves healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Physical wellness is an important part of recovery, and this space provides our clients with a healthy outlet to reduce stress, build confidence, improve overall health, and support long-term recovery.

This is just the beginning of our vision for creating a wellness and fitness space that supports women in recovery. We are continuing to grow and would welcome donations of workout equipment, a television, fitness accessories, or other items that could help enhance the gym for our clients. If you would like to support this effort, please send us a message.

We are grateful for community partners who believe in recovery and invest in opportunities that help individuals rebuild their lives.

A huge shout out to Mow & Tow (Sam & Justin) for the outstanding work they did at 4th Dimension today! Their team was professional, hardworking, and extremely thorough from start to finish. The lawn and landscaping look amazing, and the attention to detail truly shows. We appreciate the pride they take in their work and the care they put into every part of the job. Thank you for helping make our facility look its very best!
