What an honor to be part of such an important conversation and to have the opportunity to show Representative Dan Williams the meaningful role that Personal Care Homes (PCHs) and Assisted Living Residences (ALRs) play in senior living. It was a valuable opportunity to highlight the essential care, support, and quality of life our communities provide to older adults and their families. A special thank you to PALA Executive Director Susan Saxinger, Mike Conallen and the PALA team for continuing to be our voice, advocating for our industry, and ensuring the needs of our residents and communities are heard.
