Full Breath Yoga Yoga Yoga classes in 3 locations:
Coburg Grange, located in downtown Coburg, Oregon. Tuesdays and Thursdays; 6-7 PM. Mondays and Wednesdays; 3-4 PM. All welcome.

The Center for Spiritual Living, located in North Eugene. The Memorial Building located in downtown Springfield; Mondays and Wednesdays; 4:30-5:30PM. Cost is $5/ per class drop in or $24/ per month prepaid. Pay the $24 and you have access to all classes for the month! Mats and props available for use. Flexibility NOT required!
