Happy Mother’s Day to all the lovely women who came to hang out with me on my May Cosmetic Saturday!💐 We had a full house yet again and I hope you all enjoy your freshened faces for the upcoming summer season!☀️

I have so many patients who have become great friends over the years, but it is always so special when one of my good friends decides to become a patient. One of my besties and neighbors, Karli, did just that today. 💖 I am so grateful for her trust in me to guide her along her aesthetic journey. She is already such a beauty both inside and out and I am excited for her to experience what it is to look AND feel your best. As women we deserve both.✨

Wishing all you beautiful mamas endless hugs, kisses, and smiles today from your sweet babies. May you always remember how deeply loved and appreciated you are for all you do and all the love you give so selflessly. 🌸

I always say the good ones move on. While it’s never easy to say goodbye, it’s always worth celebrating who they are and where they’re headed. Our little Nina is all grown up and headed off to PA school to do big things.🥳🙌🏻🎉

Nina is pretty much perfect — quietly intelligent, never needing recognition, yet always knowing exactly what to do. Humble, steady, and deeply kind. She is the kind of person everyone gravitates toward…colleagues and patients alike — from the youngest to the oldest — everyone adores her.

Her gentle spirit has left a mark that won’t fade. We’ll miss her tremendously but we’re happy she won’t be too far away and she will touch so many lives with her goodness as a PA.

We love you so much Neen and we are so excited for the bright days that are ahead as you embark on this new journey.🫶🏻💖🥹

Welp, ladies and gents, that’s a wrap for our 2025 Cosmetic Saturdays! 💖 It’s been so much fun! I have done less fanfare with the decorations and just focused what you all loved the most: optimized the one-on-one time, provided a few select noshes, and threw in some surprise give-aways and discounts here and there! I hope you all enjoyed them as much as I did! I love what I do and I truly have the best patients and friends in the whole wide world! 🌎 Love you all and may you all have a beautiful holiday season and New Year with your loved ones and remember to schedule now for 2026!😘

I figured my 100th post should be celebratory! Thank you all for following me along my career journey! I’m excited to continue to grow and expand my knowledge in my beloved field of dermatology where my passion for both art and medicine collide.

I have always been creative & artistic. I danced for 8 years as a child. I also loved cake decorating and sewing when I was quite young. But my love for oil painting, particularly portraiture, took off my freshman year of high school. I remember combining oil paints & my own makeup on canvas to give my faces depth and glow that I could not achieve with my paints alone. I continued with different media ranging from graphite to pastels, watercolor, and ceramics, but oil on canvas remains my favorite.

I can remember sitting in my high school chemistry class and thinking that I could see myself doing “science” for a career. My only concern was whether or not I would be able to explore and expand my creative side, being that science is so rigid and dogmatic. I captained my cheerleading squad in high school to keep my dance & creative appetite fed.

I explored my career options as science classes turned into biology classes, then pre-medical education. In college, I rowed crew, pledged sorority, joined honor societies, went on a medical mission to Costa Rica and Panama, studied abroad for a semester in Madrid, Spain, & finished with a double major in Spanish & Biology with a pre-med concentration & my senior thesis studying the inflammatory process of acne.

Fresh out of college, I took a summer internship with the National Institutes of Health at the National Institute on Aging working in a fruit fly lab studying the effects of nutrition on aging and longevity. I won the poster contest that summer, which granted me a fellowship to work there for another year. I got 3 journal publications out of that research job, learned so much about running scientific studies, and made so many friends along the way.

I completed a Biomedical Sciences program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and subsequently matriculated into the physician assistant program there, graduated in 2011, and I’ve been in dermatology ever since!💖

✨Last week we said a bittersweet goodbye to our dear Hannah. She is off to nursing school at Salisbury University and we know there are sunny skies ahead for this one! She is such a hard worker, super smart, poised, respectful, thoughtful, and kind. She helped bring care and joy to so many of our patients and now we will get to see her spread her care to even more patients in her new role. Best wishes Hannah! We will miss you!💖🫶🏼👩🏼‍⚕️🩺
