HALFWAY CHECK-IN: 29 DAYS TO GO

We're officially heading into the final stretch of our Cinco De Let's GO Challenge, and there are still 29 days left to make a BIG impact.

So far our participants have collectively:

✔️ Lost 54.8 pounds
✔️ Lost 32.1 pounds of body fat
✔️ Gained 11 pounds of muscle

And here's the important part...

The challenge isn't won at the halfway point.

The next 29 days are where consistency starts separating the pack.

If you've been staying on plan, now is the perfect time to come in for your progress scan. The Evolt doesn't just tell us that you've lost—it tells us WHAT you've lost. If adjustments need to be made, we still have plenty of time to make them and keep you moving toward the finish line.

We currently have 13 participants who haven't completed their midway check-in yet. If that's you, stop by this week so we can see how things are going, answer questions, and make sure you're getting the most out of the challenge.

MY NUTRISHOP CDA STORY

The photo on the left is me. My highest documented weight was 315 pounds, I don't really know if I got heavier than that, because that is when I quit weighing myself.

The photo on the right is me today.

What most people don't know is that I didn't start at Nutrishop CDA as an employee.

I started as a customer.

At 42 years old, I had already spent years losing the same 15–20 pounds over and over again. Every time the weight came back, it seemed to bring a few extra pounds with it. I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and honestly didn't know who or what to trust anymore.

When I walked into Nutrishop CDA, I found something I had been missing the entire time: support, education, accountability, and tools that actually helped me understand my body.

I learned that the scale doesn't tell the whole story. I learned how to build habits I could maintain. I learned how nutrition, exercise, recovery, and supplementation work together.

Along the way, I lost over 180 pounds, won a few challenges, transformed my health, and eventually found myself helping others do the same.

That's why I'm still here.

When I sit down with someone for a body scan, talk through a meal plan, or help them choose products, it doesn't come from a place of judgment. It comes from experience.

I've been the person standing where you are.
