Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the Spokane fires.

To those who have lost, we’re thinking of you during this incredibly difficult time. We know that the impact of these fires reaches far beyond what can be seen.

And to every firefighter, first responder, and volunteer risking everything to protect our communities: thank you. Your courage and selflessness do not go unnoticed.

As your close neighbors, CDA stands beside you. ❤️

We’re excited to announce that Jesse will be offering Integrative Wellness Counseling to North Idaho Ketamine & TMS patients as part of our comprehensive approach to mental health and wellness! She’s eager to transition into this new role as a master’s-level counseling intern and support patients throughout their treatment process.
She approaches counseling with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that small, intentional steps can lead to meaningful growth.

You may have seen Jesse around the office! Over the past year, she’s been managing office operations, getting to know our patients, and learning the ins and outs of our treatments. As she steps into this new role, she aims to help patients reflect on their experiences (both inside and outside of our clinic) and integrate insights into everyday life.

Jesse served in the Washington Army National Guard, so working with veterans and first responders is especially meaningful to her. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is currently completing a second master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling as she accrues hours towards licensure. In addition to her role as a counseling intern, Jesse is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly a decade of experience helping people make meaningful, value-aligned behavior changes and move towards a life they truly want to live.

If you or someone you know is interested in working with Jesse, send us a message or schedule a complimentary consult call through our website. Link in bio. 🌱🤍

Not all psychedelics work through the same pathways in the brain.

This conversation with the North Idaho Experience podcast explores how ketamine’s mechanism differs from other psychedelics and why understanding those differences matters when using it as a mental health treatment.

One year ago today.

We pause to remember Battalion Chiefs John Morrison and Frank Harwood, whose courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. We continue to stand with Fire Department Engineer Dave Tysdal as he continues his recovery.

Their legacy lives on in every life they touched, every firefighter they inspired, and every act of service they embodied.

We stand with the families, our firefighters, and our community to remember their names. May they rest in peace, and may our heroes never be forgotten.

What an infusion looks like at NIKT. ☁️

Every step you see is done with intention, to help you feel safe, comfortable, and supported from the moment you walk through our doors. Sometimes it’s the little details that make the biggest difference.

Infusions can feel different person to person, even treatment to treatment.

No two experiences are the same.

What does stay the same, is the compassionate team beside you.🤍

The best mental health advice doesn’t always come from a professional; it often comes from someone who’s been there too.

Let’s make this comment section a place people can come back to.
