Meet Emily Easterday, Practice Manager
Emily is the heart behind the smooth operation of our practice. She has been part of the Sturges Family Practice team since Summer 2022, growing alongside the practice and stepping into her role as Practice Manager and Specialty Service Coordinator with kindness, calm confidence, and a genuine love for people.
Organized, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful, Emily works behind the scenes to help both our team and our patients feel cared for every day. She also helps coordinate and support the specialty services we offer, helping create a seamless experience for our patients from start to finish.
Originally from Olympia, Washington, Emily has always loved the outdoors and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education, with a minor in Leadership—a reflection of her lifelong passion for serving, supporting, and leading others.
A devoted wife to Jake and mom of three, Emily is deeply relationship-centered and believes that the best care starts with truly caring about people. Her eyes are always smiling, and she’s often described as a true ray of sunshine—bringing warmth, positivity, and grace wherever she goes.
We’re so grateful for the leadership, heart, and dedication Emily has brought to Sturges Family Practice and continues to bring to our team every single day.
