Guiding women to overcome the thoughts and emotions that have been ruling their lives so they can be confident, self-directed, and able to enjoy life. The goal is to create thoughts which keep emotions manageable and to use skills to counter the physical stress response. The attention is then focused on reaching one's own goals and creating the boundaries which keep you safe and on the path of the life you want for yourself.
