For the past decade, Jess has been the heart of our front office, the glue that keeps us organized, and Jen’s trusted right-hand person. As our Office Manager and longest-standing employee, she has played an incredible role in the growth and success of Active Family Healthcare.

The number 10 symbolizes completion, achievement, and a strong foundation built over time. We can’t think of a better reflection of Jess’s contributions to our clinic. Her hard work, loyalty, and commitment have helped shape Active Family Healthcare into what it is today.

Please help us welcome the newest member of the Active Family Healthcare team, Katelynn Bishop! 💙

Katelynn brings 8 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. While she has gained valuable experience along the way working in a couple different specialty clinics, family medicine has always been her favorite because of the relationships built with patients and families over time.

When she's not working, Katelynn is busy keeping up with her three children, ages 14, 3, and 1, and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially playing disc golf and exploring all the outdoors that North Idaho has to offer.

We're excited to have Katelynn's experience, compassion, and positive energy as part of our team as we continue serving our patients and community. Be sure to say hello and help us give Katelynn a warm Active Family Healthcare welcome!
