A review from one of our new BOUNDER 300 owners.

"I just wanted to let you know that the Bounder 300 you made for me has far exceeded my expectations. It’s very precision and has some elements of old school for toughness and high tech for control and solid engineering in between. The performance is exceptional with nothing else in its class, that I have seen anyways. Every time I look at it I find something new. Also when I went to load it in my full size Chevy Explorer Van which has a side ramp, the Powerchair end up being 8” shorter than my last chair (Quantum Edge 3) and that gives me a lot more room too for loading in and out! It has a small profile compared to others. Also, about that performance. It's exceptional and should be respected but it so much fun to ride! The power is smooth as silk. My wife tells me everytime I get in it I have a smile from ear to ear. The chair feels like a race car with a phenomenal fit. I feel no pain sitting in this chair and it's my new Sanctuary sitting in this chair. Normally I am a Pain 3 or 4 while I am sitting, but I feel no pain while sitting in this chair. This is the first time in 12 years that I don't feel any Back pain. It padded in all the right places and I am using a Ease Cushion with the chair and seems to work really well."

With my Bounder, I don’t constantly think about where I can or can’t go. I’ve taken this chair through the woods, across sand, and even off trail, and it has never failed me yet. One of our long time customers was cleaning out his desk drawer and found this old postcard advertising mailer that we sent out in about 1994. This is what some of our first chairs looked like. Below are his comments.

"I did a clean out on my big bottom desk drawer and found an old 21st Century Scientific post card. There is no postage date but it must be from circa 1989 to 1993. That is back when I had an E&J Marathon with your motors and electronics and I was hoping to someday get a 21st Century chair. I finally got one in 2002 after using the E&J for 15 years. I have only had three different chairs in 44 years! At 24 years old mine (BOUNDER Plus H-frame) is soon to be a classic! It certainly doesn't look that old, I keep it clean and well maintained. At this point I think you get bragging rights for having a daily use chair out there that is so old, a testament to your products durability and longevity! Thank you so much for being able to keep my old Bounder going for me all these years!"
