Job Description
HighRoad Human Services is currently seeking a therapist to join our clinic's team! Our clinic serves both children and adults.
Qualified applicants must be licensed in the state of Idaho and must have one of the following credentials: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LAMFT, LMFT. Position entails individual and family therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and collaborating with our clinical trauma team, clinical supervisor, CBRS specialists and service coordinators within the agency. The position full time based on your preferred caseload size. Ideal applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ethical foundation, and able to assimilate into a team of dedicated professionals.We are specifically looking for an individual who has some previous experience with children and who is willing to focus on further developing their clinical skills to focus on trauma-informed care. We are willing to provide continuing education training to the right individual. Previous experience working with trauma is not necessary; however a strong desire to learn alongside a team of dedicated professionals is a must!
