2️⃣ Stiffness or reduced range of motion in a joint
3️⃣ You’re compensating without realizing it — limping, favoring a side, avoiding certain movements

Not every knee problem needs surgery - but sometimes it’s the right call.

Two key questions we ask: Has the pain stopped responding to rest and treatment? And have conservative options like PT or injections already failed? If the answer is yes to both, it may be time to talk about next steps.

You hurt yourself. You get an X-ray. The doctor says it looks fine. But you are still in pain.

That does not mean nothing is wrong.

X-rays only show bones. Ligaments, cartilage, and tendons are completely invisible on an X-ray. That is why a normal result does not always mean a normal knee, shoulder, or ankle.
