Our Heritage Health team will be there alongside many incredible community partners to help connect individuals and families with healthcare resources and services. Whether you’re stopping by for care from the other groups or simply want to learn more about what Heritage Health offers, we’d love to meet you.
The Sonshine Northwest FREE Clinic provides medical, dental, vision, and many other services at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone is welcome, and no insurance is required.

The ones that last aren’t the ones chasing numbers. They’re the ones that keep showing up because the story matters more than the stats.
That’s what this podcast is about. Not views. Not algorithms. Just an honest attempt to tell the stories of the people and organizations making North Idaho a better place — and trust that the right person will find it exactly when they need it.
Because storytelling was never meant to be for us. It’s for the person who finds it years from now and realizes they’re not alone.

For a long time the thing that made life hardest in a classroom became the thing that makes everything click in the real world. ADHD.
The diagnosis that gets handed to kids who can’t sit still, can’t stop talking, can’t focus on the thing in front of them. The one that comes with a desk in the corner and a note sent home to parents.
What nobody tells you is that the same brain that struggles in a system built for sitting still is often the exact brain built for creating, connecting, and moving fast in a world that never stops.

What a fantastic day at Silverwood!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the Heritage Health Summer Party. From thrilling rides and waterpark fun to great food, laughter, and time spent together, it was a wonderful reminder that the relationships we build with one another make Heritage Health such a special place to work.

Thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and to all who came out to make it such a success. We hope you enjoy looking back through these photos and reliving some of the fun!

THIS is what it looks like when a community shows up! Mandy came to Family Promise of North Idaho ⭐️ with her kids and nothing else. She kept her head up through all of it. Stayed positive even when it was hard.
Two years later she owns her own business. Has a stable home. Kids in school. And she didn’t need help for Christmas anymore.
That’s what happens when someone gets the right support at the right moment and refuses to stop moving forward!

Join our friends at Heritage Health for Heritage Health Days on Tuesday, August 5, from 3–7 p.m. at their Kellogg Clinic! 🎉

This FREE community celebration will feature local resources, family-friendly activities (including a bounce house!), and plenty of summertime fun.

The first 500 attendees will enjoy free hot dogs and sides, kids can bounce for free from 3–7 p.m., and there will be free face painting. St Vincent de Paul North Idaho will be on site hosting a diaper giveaway for families in need.

Air Quality Update: Due to wildfire smoke affecting our region, air quality has reached unhealthy levels in parts of our community. Heritage Health clinics remain open. Our teams are here to care for you.

If you have asthma, COPD, heart disease, are pregnant, are an older adult, or have young children, please limit your time outdoors. If you need to be outside, consider a well-fitting N95 and avoid strenuous activity.

If you’re scheduled today and are noticing worsening symptoms, please call your clinic before coming in, and we’ll figure it out with you.
