This refreshing tzatziki-style bowl is made with cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, and lemon, light, cooling, and full of feel-good ingredients.

Cooling Cucumber Yogurt Bowl (Tzatziki-Style Summer Recipe)
A light, refreshing recipe perfect for hot summer days, hydrating, simple, and packed with feel-good ingredients.
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
-1 large cucumber (or 2 small), finely diced or grated
-1 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1–2 cloves garlic, minced
-1–2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-1–2 teaspoons olive oil (optional, for richness)
-Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of honey for balance
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Wash and finely dice or grate the cucumber. If using grated cucumber, gently squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, and lemon juice. Stir in cucumber until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and top with a little extra dill.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor or enjoy immediately!
