Fall golf cart rides were a hit at CCT Campus!

Residents enjoyed getting out to take in the beautiful fall colors, spend time together, and enjoy one of our favorite annual traditions. For some, it was their first time riding in a golf cart, while others look forward to this outing every year!

A big thank-you to Cokato Town and Country Club for allowing us to use the golf carts and golf course. We appreciate your generosity in helping make this special day possible for our residents.

Brookridge offers assisted living for individuals who would benefit from some help with daily routines while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Residents have a comfortable, familiar place to call home, with personalized support for things like medication management, personal care, and everyday routines. Just as importantly, they have opportunities to connect with others and be part of a community.

A sweet treat made even sweeter by family.

We’re so grateful for the families who go above and beyond to make special moments for our residents and staff.

A big thank you to Valerie Becker, daughter of Fred Topel, for treating everyone to mini donuts from Big Dave's Mini Donuts. It was such a fun surprise and a delicious way to brighten everyone’s day!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have families who continue to support, encourage, and bring a little extra joy to our community.
