Looking for fun ways to stay active this week? RehabGym presents: “This Week in VT” our new weekly post that highlights community events to help you stay active (both mentally and physically).
Research shows that regular physical activity can reduce the risk of heart disease by 35%! It also improves strength, balance, and overall recovery outcomes. We encourage you to take a look at what the community has to offer, and to remember that movement can be fun! ☀️

RehabGYM now carries Jones Bars at the Colchester location! We wanted to provide clients with some healthy fuel whether it’s after a PT session or before a workout in the gym. The RehabGym is starting our Aqua Fit class back up on May 6th! It’ll be a $15 drop it rate every Wednesday at 10am. The class is for all ability levels and will focus cardio, strength, and flexibility in a low impact environment. We hope to see you this Wednesday 🏊

Our Colchester location is starting a new senior strength class staring May 5th! The program will emphasize exercises and techniques that support building strength/ mobility, and preventing injuries. $10 a class or $95 for the six week bundle. Email [email protected] with any questions
