As a friendly reminder, our office hours are:
Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am to 12:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday: 3:00pm to 6:00pm, every other week - next open February 5, 2026
Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00pm, every other week - next open January 31, 2026
Sunday: Closed

On the day of your appointments - especially on days of inclement weather - please call our office at $FACILITY_PHONE$ after 7:30am. If there is any change to our operating hours or status the voicemail message will give this information.

Please understand that consistency of care is imperative - if it is necessary to cancel an appointment, always RESCHEDULE! Simple home therapy, such as icing/heating/hot showers/stretches can all help to temporarily decrease your symptoms until we can see you in the office.

If there comes a point where you cannot tolerate your pain, you may contact your primary care physician or go to the emergency room.

As this article explains there is always a chance type 1 diabetes can be cured, BUT the trials are so difficult. There never is enough money.
I have been managing type 1 diabetes for 43 years.
Thanks to new technology the out of control sugars became controlled with insulin pumps. I started with them in 1984. Dr Paul Davison was my doctor in Atlanta,Georgia, while I was in Chiropractic college. His intern was Dr Bruce Bode. They educated me and saved me. God bless to them both.
The now newest pump that I use is TANDEM T:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ technology.
