Signs you may need more water can include:

💦 Headaches
💦 Muscle cramps
💦 Stiffness and soreness
💦 Feeling sluggish throughout the day

With warmer temperatures and increased sweating, it's easy to become dehydrated without even realizing it. Keep a water bottle nearby, sip throughout the day, and make hydration a healthy habit this summer.

Whenever possible, consider drinking from a glass container. Glass doesn't absorb flavors or odors, is easy to clean, and avoids the potential chemicals that can sometimes leach from certain plastics—especially when exposed to heat. 🥤✨

Your lower back works hard for you every single day—whether you're lifting, bending, gardening, working, or simply keeping up with life's daily activities. That's why it's so important to give it the care and support it deserves! 💪

The good news? Just a few simple exercises can help strengthen the muscles that support your spine, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of lower back discomfort before it starts.

Here are a couple of easy exercises to try:

✅ Pelvic Tilts – Lie on your back with your knees bent and gently flatten your lower back against the floor by tightening your abdominal muscles. Hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat 10–15 times.

✅ Bird Dog Exercise – Start on your hands and knees. Slowly extend one arm forward and the opposite leg behind you. Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides. Repeat 8–10 times per side.

These simple movements can help improve core strength and support a healthier, happier back!
