Have you considered what happens when you call us? Most people start with "My mom died" or "I don't know what I'm supposed to do." From there, we know what to ask next. You don't need the right words.
We'll help you make sure the right people have been contacted, then gather basic information like your loved one's name, where they are, and whether there are any known wishes or preplanned arrangements.
Everything doesn't have to be answered right away because we can take it one step at a time. Once we have permission, our staff will come to where your loved one is and bring them into our care. From the first call, our job is to help you understand what happens next and make sure your loved one is cared for with dignity from the very beginning.
