Let’s be honest. Sometimes hoping hurts. We’re afraid that if we dream for good things, we’ll be disappointed. Just like love, hope can feel risky AND, just like love, it can heal our wounds. We may have to grieve the loss of a dream, redefine our goals, and adjust our expectations, but resilient hope renews belief in ourselves and in our future.
