Sometimes the hardest words to say are, “I’m not okay.”

If someone has been on your mind, reach out today. You don’t need the perfect words. A simple, “How are you really doing?” can create space for an honest conversation.

And if you’re the one struggling, please tell someone. You don’t have to explain everything at once, and you don’t have to face it alone.

Call or text 988 anytime for free, confidential support—24 hours a day, seven days a week.
