๐ŸŒฟ Feeling overwhelmed? Struggling to let go of anxious thoughts? Try the Leaves on a Stream mindfulness exercise. ๐Ÿƒ

Close your eyes and imagine a gentle stream flowing by. As thoughts arise, place each one on a leaf and watch it float downstream. ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ‚

Donโ€™t judge or engage with the thoughtsโ€”simply notice them, place them on a leaf, and let them drift away.

This practice helps you create distance from your thoughts, allowing them to pass without getting stuck. โœจ

Research has shown that Mindfulness practices like this can help us to manage stress and anxiety more effectively in our lives!
