I always have a choice as to how to respond to any situation. I’m learning that life is better lived when I don’t center it on what’s happening around me and center it on what’s happening within me. With inner peace as my goal, I’m better able to make my choice. ~ Rev Jane Beach

Strengthen your body.
Exercise, good sleep, healthy food, and mindfulness build a stronger mind as much as a stronger body.
I’m willing to say 80% of health issues is the diet.

Learn to control your emotions.
Being strong doesn't mean you don't feel anger, sadness, or fear. It means those emotions don't control your decisions.

Keep the promises you make to yourself.
Weakness grows when your words and actions don't match. Strength grows when you do what you said you would do.

Light is active darkness is passive.
Light a single match in a dark room and watch the darkness run to the corners.
Have you ever seen darkness flow out of a room?
Light flows out of the room, and through every crack it can 🌹❤️

MINDFULNESS CAN CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE...

Most people spend their lives trapped in two places:

- The past and the future.
- They replay old mistakes.
- Relive old pain.
- Regret things they cannot change.
- Then they worry about tomorrow.

Imagine problems that haven't happened.

And while their mind moves between yesterday and tomorrow...

their life quietly passes by (the days are long but the years are fast).

Mindfulness means paying full attention to the present moment.

1. When you eat, just eat.
Don't scroll. Don't rush. Experience the meal.

2. When you walk, just walk.
Feel your feet touching the ground. Notice the world around you.

3. When you listen, truly listen.
Most people are preparing a response instead of actually hearing what’s being said.

4. When you feel an emotion, observe it.
Don't immediately react. Notice it. Let it come and go.

5. When your mind wanders into worry, return to your breath.
The breath always brings you back to the present.

6. Notice how often your mind leaves the moment.

Awareness is the beginning of freedom.

7. Stop treating every thought as the truth.
Thoughts are visitors, not commands.

8. Appreciate ordinary moments.
A cup of tea/coffee. A sunset. A conversation. These moments are literally life itself.

9. Give your full attention to the people you love.
One day, you'll realize those moments were priceless.

10. Remember that life is only ever happening now. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow.

The past is already gone.
The future is not here yet.
There is only this moment.

This changes everything:

You worry less because you stop living in imaginary futures.

You suffer less because you stop replaying the past.

You enjoy life more because you're actually present for it.

You become calmer, more grateful, and more peaceful.

Most people are physically here...

but mentally somewhere else.

Mindfulness brings you back home.

And when you truly learn to live in the present moment...

you stop missing your life while you're busy thinking about it.

Protecting your energies has never been more important than it is today! Empaths are especially vulnerable to all the negative energy that's circulating every day!

There are many ways to protect your energy! Below, find 5 easy ways to keep negative vibes from bringing you down!

1. Intend that as you shower, there is a protective layer being applied as the water pours over you.

2. Draw an imaginary bubble of protective light around yourself.

3. If you practice Reiki, apply a protective layer of Reiki in your aura to protect your energy.

4. If you feel your energy being pulled, close your dominant hand with the intention of holding onto your own energy.

5. Change the charge of energy! If you are in a group and you feel the energy spiraling downward, don't go along for the ride! You can change the direction of the energy by focusing the conversation in a positive direction.

Try one of these today and see how much better you feel ❤

“Your inner purpose is to awaken. It is as simple as that. You share that purpose with every other person on the planet—because it is the purpose of humanity.” —Eckhart Tolle

Remember, there's nothing you need to change about your personal beliefs to practice Reiki. Reiki is Spiritually neutral 💕

The body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected. Reiki is a practice that supports all three, helping create a greater sense of calm, clarity, grounding, and well-being.
