She believes in building strong long term relationships with her patients while providing the highest standard of care. She is affiliated with several hospitals in Philadelphia including Nazareth Hospital—where she serves as residency director and plays a critical role in training future podiatrists—Temple University Health System, and Jefferson Northeast Hospital.

In her spare time, Dr. Milman enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and trying new cuisines with her husband and three daughters. She is fluent in English and Russian.
