Fall adventures begin this week! 🌱🍂

For nine weeks, we’ll explore five local parks through seasonal nature play, movement, creativity, and connection.

The Full Fall Pass is available for only a few more days, through September 1. Join us each week as late summer turns to fall, familiar faces become friends, and children build a deeper connection with nature.

Not ready for all nine weeks? Single classes and 2-Class or 4-Class Passes are also available.

🌊 Ocean Adventure was a splash!

Every Rooted Explorers class offers something meaningful on its own. But when children return, they have time to recognize familiar faces, settle into the rhythm of the group, deepen their play, and build relationships with one another and with nature. 🌱

Fall registration is officially open! 🌱🍂

Join Rooted Explorers for nine weeks of outdoor play, movement, creativity, and connection in local parks. The same weekly experience is offered on Wednesday and Thursday, allowing families to choose the day that works best.

Choose a single class or a 2-Class, 4-Class, or Full Fall Pass.

Our new online booking system is now live. Pass families only need to reserve one class when purchasing and may choose their remaining dates later. Each class date must still be reserved through the booking page. Offline and online payment options available.

Full Fall Pass families should purchase by September 1.

Summer isn’t over yet! 🌊

Join us for our final August Summer Creek Series adventure at Lenape Park! We’re bringing a little ocean fun to the creek with ocean-inspired play, sensory activities, creek exploration, and a short, shallow float using tubes. 💦

Hike & Splash 🌱💦

We spent the morning immersed in the woods, navigating the trail, climbing over roots and rocks, and collecting little pieces of nature along the way.

Once we reached the creek, those treasures became sun prints, and watching the images slowly reveal themselves in the water felt a little like magic. ☀️

Then came plenty of creek exploration, searching, scooping, observing, and catching and releasing more crayfish than we could count. 🦞

From trail to creek, there was always something new to discover. 🌱

Hiking is more than a walk in the woods. 🌿

It gives kids real problems to solve, choices to make, and opportunities to trust their bodies as they navigate changing terrain.

There’s space to move, pause, notice, explore, and discover what they’re capable of along the way.

And that confidence can stay with them long after the trail ends.

This is why hiking is such a meaningful part of Rooted Explorers and our outdoor therapy sessions. The trail gives kids real opportunities to move, problem solve, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of. 🌱
