Here's the honest timeline so you're not staring in the mirror wondering if it worked.

Hour 1: You might see tiny bumps at the injection sites. They go away within 30 to 60 minutes. Don't rub or massage the area.

Day 1: You look the same. Nothing has changed yet. That's completely normal.

Days 2–3: Some people start to notice the muscles feel slightly different — like they're not contracting as strongly. Most people still see no visible change.

Days 5–7: This is when it happens. The lines start smoothing. Your forehead relaxes. The crow's feet soften. You look in the mirror and think, "Oh. There it is."

I need to tell you something about how this place started.

I spent over twenty years working alongside my husband, Dr. Ortiz, in his urology practice. One day a medical equipment salesman walked in trying to sell us a device. I refused to even enter the room for thirty minutes.

When I finally did, I looked at him and said, "I think you're a snake."

We bought the device. And something clicked. I decided I was going to open a spa.

I sent our PA to learn Botox and fillers, but it didn't work out. So I took matters into my own hands. My nurse, Dr. Ortiz, and I flew to Las Vegas to get certified ourselves. We came home with seven laser machines and a fire in our bellies.

CO2 laser resurfacing uses fractional laser energy to remove damaged skin in tiny columns — think of a grid pattern where some skin is treated and some is left untouched. That pattern is intentional. The untouched skin helps you heal faster while the treated areas trigger your body's natural collagen response.

The result: smoother texture, reduced wrinkles, faded sun damage, improved acne scarring, and firmer skin.

We offer two levels. Lite CO2 is a lighter treatment with minimal downtime — great for maintenance or your first experience with laser resurfacing. It can be done year-round, as long as you're consistent with sunscreen afterward. Full CO2 goes deeper for more dramatic results, but it requires 7 to 14 days of healing with peeling and redness.
