8 years ago, something magical happened! Inspire Yoga was expanding to Grapevine and looking for a place to host yoga classes while the studio was being built. A chance encounter, a few beers, and a shared vision of giving back to the community was the recipe for Pints and Poses. Fun Fact: it was originally called Yoga on Tap. The more you know 🌈

This somatic session focuses on relieving tension patterns in the neck, jaw, and shoulders through slow, mindful somatic movements. Participants will learn techniques to reduce pain and stress, improve mobility, and support deeper, more relaxed breathing.

What is somatics? Through focused and accessible movements, you can help the brain and body communicate so that they work together in unison. Somatics can help address issues with muscle tension, range of motion, digestive problems, trouble sleeping, chronic pain, trauma, and respiratory problems.

Happy Birthday, to this ball of sunshine! This Inspire Yoga Colleyville OG has been bringing the heat on Friday mornings since we opened. Our students love her warmth, the fire she brings to class, and of course those amazing playlist that leave us in our feels. And she seemingly does it all without breaking a sweat. Be sure to drop Tristen a Birthday Note in the comments or take her Friday classes at 9:15am to wish her another amazing year around the sun.
